Yes ! Pigs can, and do pass wind - mainly caused by eating things like cabbage and brocolli ! A little amount of gas is relatively normal (as it is in humans!) and shouldn't be anything to worry about ! However, if your pig looks very bloated and swollen take her to the vets to get checked out - this is not normal.
